KORALI offers several convenient payment options and provides delivery across Ukraine and worldwide. Below you will find current information about payment methods, carriers, order processing times and delivery.
WayForPay, PayPal, monobank installments, payment on delivery or bank transfer to a sole proprietor account.
Our primary carrier is Nova Poshta. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Nova Poshta Global, FedEx, UPS and Ukrposhta are used depending on the destination and selected delivery method.

The order total can be divided into installments through monobank's “Purchase in Parts” service when this payment option is available for the order.
Pay when receiving your order
For eligible orders, payment can be made when the parcel is received at the carrier's branch or other available collection point.
Payment to a sole proprietor account
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer using the business account details provided by KORALI.
Delivery in Ukraine
Nova Poshta is KORALI's primary delivery service within Ukraine. Orders can be delivered to a branch, parcel locker or by another available Nova Poshta delivery method.
Nova Poshta delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
The final cost is determined by the carrier and depends on the parcel details and selected delivery method.
Used for the majority of KORALI deliveries within Ukraine.
If Nova Poshta is not available in your area
If Nova Poshta delivery is unavailable in the customer's town or locality, we can arrange delivery by Ukrposhta or another carrier available in that area, subject to prior agreement with the customer.
When are orders processed and dispatched?
KORALI orders are processed by our team according to the following schedule:
Orders placed after 13:00 on Saturday or on Sunday are processed on the next business day.
If the item is in stock, orders placed after 13:00 on Saturday or on Sunday can be prepared for dispatch starting from Monday.
If an item is not in stock: some KORALI pieces can be made to order. In this case, the dispatch date depends on the production time for the specific item. For jewelry made to order, the estimated production time is 10–14 days.
International Delivery
KORALI ships orders to countries worldwide, except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
We use several international carriers. The available delivery option depends on the destination country, parcel parameters and required delivery speed.

International express delivery for destinations where the relevant FedEx services are available.
International courier delivery with shipping options to many countries around the world.
A standard international delivery option that may be suitable for smaller parcels and more economical shipping.

International delivery costs are calculated individually. The final amount depends on the destination country, selected carrier, parcel weight and dimensions, and the chosen delivery service.
International delivery times also depend on the destination, carrier, selected service and customs clearance procedures.
How can I find out the exact delivery cost?
After an international order is placed, a KORALI manager can calculate the available delivery options and agree the most suitable shipping method with you.
We do not state one fixed international delivery timeframe because actual transit times can vary significantly between destinations.
How does international shipping work?
Complete your order and provide the destination country and accurate recipient details.
Depending on the destination, available options may include Nova Poshta Global, FedEx, UPS or Ukrposhta.
The cost and estimated delivery time are calculated using the current rates and conditions of the selected carrier.
Once the order is ready, it is handed over to the selected carrier and tracking information is provided when available for that service.
Customs duties and taxes for international orders
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges in the destination country, depending on local legislation.
Please note: if such charges apply, they are paid by the recipient and are not included in the KORALI product or delivery price unless otherwise agreed separately.
Order tracking
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer receives a tracking number or other available shipment information.
After dispatch, the actual delivery time depends on the carrier, route, destination and, for international orders, customs clearance procedures.

Yes. KORALI provides international delivery through Nova Poshta Global, FedEx, UPS and Ukrposhta. We do not ship to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
