Your level stays with you
Once your total purchases reach the required amount, you unlock a personal discount of 3%, 5% or 7%. There is no need to renew your status every year or start accumulating purchases again — your achieved level remains linked to your KORALI account.

To participate in the loyalty program, you need to have a registered KORALI account and place your orders while signed in. This allows your purchases to be linked to your account and counted toward your personal discount level.
About the KORALI loyalty program
Do I need to register to join the loyalty program?
Yes. To accumulate your purchase total, you need a KORALI account and must place your orders while signed in.
What discount can I receive?
Once your accumulated purchases reach 1,000 UAH, you unlock a 3% personal discount. At 10,000 UAH the discount increases to 5%, and at 20,000 UAH it increases to 7%.
Does my discount expire?
No. Once you reach a loyalty level, the corresponding personal discount remains linked to your KORALI account permanently.
Do I have to start accumulating purchases again?
No. Your achieved loyalty level does not reset. You can continue shopping and progress toward the next level.
Are purchases made without signing in counted?
To ensure your purchases are counted correctly, orders should be placed through your registered KORALI account while you are signed in.
